Hello, forgive my posting in English my French is very poor and I would not be able describe my problem.

I have a year 2006 Peugeot 1007 Sport, 1587cc, 5 speed manual gearbox not 2-Tronic.

My problem is the Cruise Control function. When I switch it on, I get a beep from the instrument panel, but I do not get the symbol illuminate in the LCD display within the speedo. I can see the symbol is present but not currently displayed. The cruise control works ok. At night the controls on the steering wheel do not illuminate with the other switches.

Please could somebody confirm the correct illumination both on the speedo (mile/kilometer clock), and the actual controls. My Peugeot dealer has never seen this fitted as does not know.

My second problem is with the JBL Audio system, I also have RT3 and a cd changer. When I play certain music, the sound has crackles but not all the time. My dealer has performed a software upgrade to the RT3/Audio and it is improved but not perfect. Is this is known problem with JBL?

Mon second problème, c'est que le système audio JBL, j'ai aussi RT3 et un changeur de CD. Quand je lis certaines musique, le son a craquements, mais pas tout le temps. Mon revendeur a effectué une mise à niveau logicielle à la RT3/Audio et il est amélioré, mais pas parfait. Est-ce problème est connu avec JBL?

C'est normal que le symbole du regulateur ne s'allume, cette fonction est disponible seulement les versions Full Can.
Les touches du volant ne s'allument pas, c'est normal.

Les craquements que tu remarque c'est avec le chargeur cd ? si tu mets ton cd dans le lecteur du RT3, c'est ok ?
Le chargeur CD sature quand le volume enregistrer sur le cd est trop fort, j'utilise un logiciel sur PC pour reduire le volume du CD puis je grave le CD.
Ce n'est pas specifique au JBL, c'est le chargeur CD qui est de mauvaise qualité.

Thank you for the reply. My Peugeot dealer has offered to change the CD changer under warranty. Do you know if the problem is the same with all units fitted, could the new one have the same problem?
